Where should I apply Ancient Minerals?
Apply to clean skin. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes.
We recommend applying liberally to larger areas of skin such as your torso, legs, and arms, to help maximize absorption.
Will the magnesium oil itch or sting?
It is normal to experience slight itching or stinging during initial use. This should subside during the absorption process.
For a lighter application, the magnesium oil is water-soluble and can be diluted with pure water to form a lower concentration for a lighter application.We recommend starting with a 1:1 ratio but the solution can be diluted even further.
I diluted the magnesium oil, but I’m still having sensitivity, should I continue use?
Some users experience more sensitivity—in this case we recommended you try a gentler application form like the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes or Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion as alternative methods of magnesium delivery.
Do I have to rinse the magnesium oil off or can I leave it on?
Leave the magnesium oil on for 20 minutes to allow the magnesium sufficient time to absorb. After this time, you can rinse or wipe off the product if you prefer.
No rinsing is necessary unless your skin feels uncomfortable due to any natural salt residue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to support@ezorganicshop.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If your returned item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be required to cover the delivery fee of $8.95 to send it back to you.
EZ Organic Shop will replace any good/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To confirm the damage we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.
In most cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 48 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.
Editing your order before despatch:
If you would like to simply change the item/s in your order before it has been despatched, please reach out to our friendly team at support@ezorganicshop.com.
Change of mind
If you would simply like to exchange your item/s due to a change of mind, you will be required to cover postage fees to return your items, and then an additional $8.95 to send out your new replaced items (Aus only).
If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to launch an investigation with Australia Post to locate your item. We cannot do this on your behalf as Australia Post require the customer to raise the investigation directly.
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.
