New Zealand is famous for its unpolluted 'clean green' environment, and we are fortunate to be able to source most of our herbs from local organic New Zealand growers, thus maximising the purity and potency of our products. These include Echinacea & Mānuka Honey (cornerstone ingredients of the Kiwiherb range), Horseradish and Elecampane.

New Zealand is also renowned for its incredibly diverse range of plant-life, with many of these plants used by traditional Māori healers to treat ill health. The Kiwiherb manufacturing plant is accredited by the Ministry of Health’s medicines safety authority Medsafe as a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility. This means all of our products are subject to intensive testing and monitoring ensuring the safety and consistency of each batch.

These rigorous quality control measures are applied to all stages of production from raw materials through to the finished product, which guarantees that all Kiwiherb products have been extensively tested for purity and quality.

What to Expect:

Within a few mintues you will receive an order confirmation email. And within 1-2 business days you will be notified that your order has been despatched.

90 Day Money Back:

All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 90-day full refund money-back from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to support@ezorganicshop.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If your returned item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be required to cover the delivery fee of $8.95 to send it back to you. 

Exchanges:

EZ Organic Shop will replace any good/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To confirm the damage we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.

In most cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 48 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.

Editing your order before despatch:

If you would like to simply change the item/s in your order before it has been despatched, please reach out to our friendly team at support@ezorganicshop.com.

Change of mind

If you would simply like to exchange your item/s due to a change of mind, you will be required to cover postage fees to return your items, and then an additional $8.95 to send out your new replaced items (Aus only). 

Order never arrived / lost in transit:

If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to launch an investigation with Australia Post to locate your item. We cannot do this on your behalf as Australia Post require the customer to raise the investigation directly.

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.

If your order does arrive after a refund is processed...

  • To keep your item you will need to pay for the item again. Our staff will send you an invoice to quickly get it processed. Or,
  • You can send it back to our warehouse and EZ Organic Shop will cover the return delivery fee.
