How to make the most of Nature's Sunshine herbs

Natures' Sunshine herbs have been specially formulated for the self-treatment of minor ailments and are not intended to treat serious disorders which should be under the supervision and care of a professional medical practitioner.

It is recommended that herbs are not taken during pregnancy unless under the strict supervision of a professional health care practitioner.

Now that you have decided to start using herbs, here are some helpful hints.

  1. Start slowly. Some herbs have been known to increase the body's natural process of elimination, so expect to visit the bathroom a little more than usual. If you are taking laxative herbs you should lower the dosage to establish comfortable, regular bowel movements. Vomiting should never occur through the use of laxative herbs. If this occurs, cease taking the preparation immediately and consult your professional health or medical practitioner. Remember laxatives should only be taken occasionally as they can lead to dependence and cause serious bowel disease if taken too frequently.

  2. A runny nose is naturopathically interpreted as throwing off excess mucous. Sometimes this is desirable and should cease in a short time. You may also notice a sense of wellbeing in the head or lung area.

  3. Allow time for the herbs to do their work. Take them every day until the bottle is empty before making your judgement.

  4. Unless otherwise stated by your professional health care practitioner, take the dosage recommended on the label.

  5. Drink a full glass of purified water with the herbs, particularly when ingesting Capsicum or formulas containing Capsicum, as some people can experience burping and repeating. Juices are acceptable alternatives, however, avoid taking milk.

  6. Avoid mucous forming foods such as milk, milk products, sugar and white flour whilst taking herbs. Alternatively, yoghurt and low-fat milk and cheese would be a good choice.

  7. Remember, these are herb plants, which have been picked, cleaned, ground to a powder and put in gelatin capsules. There are no artificial binders or fillers.

Within a few mintues you will receive an order confirmation email. And within 1-2 business days you will be notified that your order has been despatched.

All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 90-day full refund money-back from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to support@ezorganicshop.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If your returned item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be required to cover the delivery fee of $8.95 to send it back to you. 

Exchanges:

EZ Organic Shop will replace any good/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To confirm the damage we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.

In most cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 48 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.

Editing your order before despatch:

If you would like to simply change the item/s in your order before it has been despatched, please reach out to our friendly team at support@ezorganicshop.com.

Change of mind

If you would simply like to exchange your item/s due to a change of mind, you will be required to cover postage fees to return your items, and then an additional $8.95 to send out your new replaced items (Aus only). 

Order never arrived / lost in transit:

If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to launch an investigation with Australia Post to locate your item. We cannot do this on your behalf as Australia Post require the customer to raise the investigation directly.

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.

If your order does arrive after a refund is processed...

  • To keep your item you will need to pay for the item again. Our staff will send you an invoice to quickly get it processed. Or,
  • You can send it back to our warehouse and EZ Organic Shop will cover the return delivery fee.
