Synergy Natural Wheatgrass is grown in Australia organically (i.e. without pesticides, herbicides, insecticides or fungicides) in open fertile soils.
Cereal grass shoots grown in this way achieve normal root growth as well as proper leaf development and therefore they have a much higher nutritional value compared to grasses grown indoors in shallow trays.
Synergy Wheat Grass is sensitively handled every step of the way during growing, harvesting and processing of the plant in order to protect its nutrient profile. The plant is harvested while young and tender, at its optimum nutritional peak.
The freshly harvested leaf is transported within 1 hour to the processing plant where it is immediately slow dried in rotary driers at just above body temperature for a minimum period of 22 hours. The dried leaf is then milled into a fine powder using a world first twin pin milling system where the dried leaf enters a vacuum and is milled into a consistent particle size so it can easily be dissolved into liquids.
Because this total system operates under vacuum it does not subject the product to any heat or friction usually found with conventional grinding methods. It’s done this way to avoid exposing the wheatgrass to high temperatures that often result from conventional grinding methods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to support@ezorganicshop.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If your returned item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be required to cover the delivery fee of $8.95 to send it back to you.
EZ Organic Shop will replace any good/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To confirm the damage we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.
In most cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 48 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.
Editing your order before despatch:
If you would like to simply change the item/s in your order before it has been despatched, please reach out to our friendly team at support@ezorganicshop.com.
Change of mind
If you would simply like to exchange your item/s due to a change of mind, you will be required to cover postage fees to return your items, and then an additional $8.95 to send out your new replaced items (Aus only).
If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to launch an investigation with Australia Post to locate your item. We cannot do this on your behalf as Australia Post require the customer to raise the investigation directly.
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.
